How to Create a Campaign

When you click 'Create Campaign' in the top left corner of the platform, you'll have the chance to select from the three following campaign types. Ship to my Customers and Ship to Me are options for Full Service campaigns, with the third-option for On Demand, in-house printing.

We've compiled some step-by-step guides here to ensure you can create your campaigns and get them printing without a hitch!

The types of campaign that you can create.

There are a few different types of campaign you can create:

Ship to my Customers - Scribeless will send notes directly to your customers anywhere in the world.

Ship to Me - We print your notes, envelopes, or both and send them boxed to one address.

On Demand - You print the notes in your own facility and add them to your orders.

Creating a Scribeless campaign is easy, but just in case you need a hand, we have some walkthroughs here to show you how to create every type of campaign!

Creating a Ship to my Customers campaign:

Step 1:

  • Give your campaign a name
  • Select 'Ship to my Customer'
  • Choose your stationery size from the drop-down menu

Add your recipient data:

  • by pasting in from Excel, Sheets or Numbers
  • by using an Audience you've created previously - find out more about Audiences here!
  • through an Integration that you've already set up

Step 4:

  • Schedule when you want your campaign to arrive using the drop-down menu
  • Select any optional customisable extras you want to include by ticking the boxes

Step 5:

  • Add your payment details
  • Click Finish!

Creating a Ship to Me campaign:

There are a few different types of campaign you can create if you're shipping it all to yourself, and we have video tutorials for each type:

Note and Envelope Campaign:

Note Only:

Envelope Only:

Step 1:

  • Give your campaign a name
  • Select 'Ship to Me'
  • Choose whether you want Notes and Envelopes, Notes Only or Envelopes Only
  • Select your stationery size from the drop-down menu

Step 2:

  • Type or paste in your message
  • Customise the note to suit your needs - find out more about how to make the most of customising your notes here!

Step 3:

Add your recipients:

  • by pasting in from Excel, Sheets or Numbers
  • by using an Audience you've created previously - find out more about Audiences here!

Step 4:

  • Schedule when you want your campaign to arrive using the drop-down menu
  • Select any optional customisable extras you want to include by ticking the boxes (there may not be any extra options for some types of order)
  • Add the address you want your order shipped to

Step 5:

  • Add your payment details
  • Click Finish!
Creating an On Demand campaign:

Select 'On Demand' when starting to create your campaign.
Select 'On Demand' when starting to create your campaign.

Step 1:

  • Give your campaign a name
  • Select 'On Demand'
  • Select 'Print Now', 'Notes Only' and select your size from the drop-down menu
  • Hit 'Next'

Step 2:

  • Type or paste in your message
  • Customise the note to suit your needs - find out more about how to make the most of customising your notes here!

Step 3:

Add your recipient data:

  • by pasting in from Excel, Sheets or Numbers
  • by using an Audience you've created previously - find out more about Audiences here!
  • through an Integration that you've already set up

  • Add your payment details
  • Check that everything in the summary looks right
  • Click Finish!
