If our native integrations don't cover what you need, don't panic! You can integrate with over 2000 platforms using Zapier, including:
- Amazon Seller Central - automatically send notes to customers when an order is placed
- Salesforce - send notes without leaving the platform
- Thousands more, including ActiveCampaign, PipeDrive, Copper and WooCommerce
Creating your Integration:
- Create your Zap
- Find a trigger you'd like to use. In our example video here, we've used new recipient created in Google Sheets.
- Fill in all the criteria
- Click 'Test trigger', then press OK
- Next, add the Scribeless app, and select the 'Add Recipients' option
- Log in to your Scribeless account with your details and then hit Continue
- Match up your the fields from you trigger to the Add Recipients action. You can also add custom variables at this stage!
- Select your campaign, and hit continue
Testing the Integration:
- Select your campaign in the Scribeless platform and click 'Enable Testing'
- Return to your Zap
- Enable testing
- Your customer should appear in your campaign recipients (this may take a minute!)
- Once it's working, you can then click 'Disable Testing'. You won't be charged for any recipient with an orange background!
